Who am I?
I am MOM. Hear me roar!
Well, maybe not roar, but I do often talk really loud!
What do you expect in a houseful of boys?
With the constant talking, arguing and fighting it's sometimes hard to get in a word edgewise but truthfully I miss it when the house is empty.
I'm the proud mom of one and step mom to three but if anyone asks, they are mine.
And YES I mean that. I don't say it because it's nice to say.
I say it because MY boys are MY boys.
It doesn't matter if I carried them in my womb I love them with all my heart.
Equally, completely and passionately!
Do we face the days that any other mom faces? Yes!
Do I believe that some days are harder being a step-mom than a bio mom? ABSOLUTELY!
But I wouldn't trade any day or my boys with any other woman in the world.
I'm divinely blessed to be allowed to be their "mom".
Sometimes I still wonder though why God picked me?
HE picked you because HE knew you would do the JOB honestly, hopefully, and full of LOVE and Grace Love you kiddo
